Kerepesi Business Park
The concept of the Kerepesi Business park shows a clear efficient set-up both in logistics and structure. Four solid blocks form the backbone of the project. Office floors, wrapped by smart glass facades, form the connection of the four blocks. The remaining courts between the volumes are connected on the ground floor and covered with glass roofs to make them a pleasant setting to relax, eat or shop all year around. The office wings are covered with roof gardens, which hold the water. These gardens compensate the use of the building area.
Sustainability
The sustainable facades will give the complex its distinguished and aesthetic appearance. They also make the building easy to understand and people can easily find their way into the complex. The dark robust backbone blocks, in combination with the lightness of the glass-wrapped office wings, make the complex less massive. Aesthetic proportions and plasticity of the combined volumes ensure a proper fit into the environment of this city area, also anticipating future developments on the neighbours’ plots. Finally the roof gardens and the vegetation on the terraces literally form the green crown on this contemporary development with a sustainable character.
